To build a hybrid kit, simply purchase a solar kit, plus a wind turbine kit that matches your inverter and battery bank voltage. A hybrid kit combination is strongly recommended because when it is sunny, it is usually calm wind, and when it is cloudy there is usually high wind so they work together to cover your energy needs regardless of the climate conditions.
